  1. Day 1 Task – this task is a simple comprehension task to establish student participation. (due: after the first class)
  2. Assessment 1 – Establish a Design Brief
  3. Assessment 2 – Design a Website

Class 2: C2 – SEO

This class will focus on these Units of Competency:

ICAWEB413A Optimise Search Engines

ICAWEB424A Evaluate and Select a Web Hosting Service

Assessments:

  1. Day 1 Task – this task is a simple comprehension task to establish student participation. (due: after the first class)
  2. Assessment 1 – Recommend SEO for Website
  3. Assessment 2 FTP – Webhosting – Research SEO and Web Hosting   NOTE: Assessment 2 will be conducted next term when you will have a better understanding of how to upload web content.

  1. The internet, from my perspective, is the collective. It starts out as the collection of equipment (computers routers, servers, cabling, etc.) that allow information exchange. This, however, now includes the intellectual property that is stored in the web servers (commercial e-sites, learning tools, data access enablers, etc. etc.)
